  Registration for Presenters 


The registration for the third BTS Interdisciplinary Conference will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair.



Registration Fees for the Presenter : 

Regular Participants: $230 (after 20th May 2022 )

Student Participants: $70 USD

(Dinners are not included in the registration fee)



For on-line presenters who cannot come in person to the conference:

Regular Participants: $60 USD (after 20th May 2022 )

Student Participants: $30 USD

 The latest News about 'quarantine exemption' in South Korea



" Foreign arrivals who have completed vaccination and registered their vaccination records with the government in advance will be exempt from self-quarantine starting March 21.  "

"Starting from March 21, 2022, vaccinated travelers who have completed their COVID-19 vaccination in Korea OR those who already registered their overseas vaccination history at a local Korean public health center will be eligible for quarantine exemption.

Starting from April 1, 2022, vaccinated travelers who have completed vaccination overseas AND register their vaccination history through the Quarantine COVID19 Defence (Q-Code) system BEFORE traveling to Korea will be eligible for quarantine exemption

Vaccination is considered to be complete 14 days after the 2nd shot for a two-dose vaccine (valid up to 180 days) or with booster shots. "
